MY HOBBY

People have many different hobbies.

Some of them like collecting stamps others enjoy playing computer games.

Sometimes everyone needs to do something enjoyable that makes him happy and gives lots of satisfaction.


Let's talk about our hobbies then...


Bartek:

"My hobbies include various sports. I also like having fun with my dog. I'm interested in playing computer games."


Ola:

"My hobbies are listening to music, cycling, reading books, chatting with my friends via social networks such as gadu-gadu. Sometimes I also like drawing and playing with my dog."


Ala Cz.:

"My hobby is singing. I love to sing along with my friend Ala. I like singing various songs and christmas carols. In the future I want to be a singer."


Artur:

"Sports are my hobbies. I like playing football, basketball and volleyball. I go on trainings."


Paweł:

"Fishing is my hobby. I've got three fishing rods. When I was nine my uncle gave me my first fishing rod. I like this hobby."


Olwia:

"Horses are my hobby. I collect everything connected with them - statues, posters and calendars. My room is full of these gadgets. I also love riding a horse. Horses are wonderful."

Alicja J.:

"Singing is my hobby. I like singing with my friend Ala. I love this hobby."

OUR PETS

Today we are going to introduce to you our lovely pets. First, get to know Ola's dog - Kajtek ;-)



Kajtek


My dog's name is Kajtek. It is 5 months and it is black with cream and white patches. When Kajtek is happy he licks our boots. Kajtek likes playing with his toy slippers, scratching and stroking his belly. He also likes sleeping and eating snacks.



The next pet is Bartek's labrador.

Judy

My dog's name is Judy. Judy is two years old and it is a labrador. Judy likes playing with the kids and making mischieves. My dog loves going for walkes and sleeping.


Now something about Oliwia's dogs:

My dog Abi is five years old. She is a red pekingese. She is very lazy, almost all the time she sleeps. She doeasn't like visits to the vet. She is very friendly. 

 

My second dog Mores is seven years old. He is a big black mongrel. He is very energetic and crazy. He loves the company of people. He is my best friend.

Here is Dominik's dog:

Diana

My pet is a dog named Diana. It is about 1 year old. She likes running fast and playing with the tennis ball. She is very playful and energetic dog. She is a moscow watchdog.

Get to know Alicja's fish:

Planka

I have got a fish. Her name is Planka. She lives in my bedroom on the desk. Planka is a small gold fish. My parents gave me her on my birthday. She is alone in a round aquarium, but she likes it very much. If you show her food, she will be happy. My fish doesn't sleep very well, because her eyes are open all the time. I like her very much.

And here it comes - Marcin's parrot:

BOBEK

My parrot's name is Bobek. 

I like her very much and I take care of her  every day. It is 3 years old. It is green and yellow.

This is Alicja's dog:

My pet is a dog. He is two years old. He enjoys walks, playing in the backyard. He really likes his food. I really like to play with him.

This is my cute dog and his name is Hektor. He knows many tricks. He loves sleeping in my bed and being around us. He doesn't like staying alone at home.

TRIP TO OLSZTYN

Early in the morning, at 6:20 we gathered at school and went on a trip to Olsztyn.
First, we visited a museum and then we went to the planetarium.
We watched a programme titled "The Solar System".
Next we went to the museum of nature and did some quizes.
The fields of Grunwald were the last part of the trip.
We really enjoyed the trip.

I'm Bartek. I'm twelve years old. I live in Karniewo. I have a younger sister. Her name’s Marta. I like animals. I have a dog, rabbit and a hamster. I love football. My favourite football team is FC Barcelona. In my free time I usually meet my friends or watch TV.

My name is Artur Kuc. I am twelve years old. I live in Byszewo. I have got a brother. His name is Sebastian. He is sixteen years old. I like playing football and handball. My favourite football team is Real Madrit. My favourite footbaler is Cristiano Ronaldo. In my free time I usually play computer games. I love animals. I have got two dogs and three cats. I go to school in Karniewo. I play the guitar. I meet with my friend three times a week and we ride bikes and rollerskate.

My name is Dominik Szczerba. I am twelve years old. I live in Dzierżanowo. I am an only child.  I like playing football and handball. My favourite football team is FC Barcelona. My favourite footballer is Lionel Andreas Messi. In my free time I usually play computer games. I love animals. I have got a rabbit, two hamsters, a dog and two cats. I go to school in Karniewo. I want to play the guitar. I meet with my friends  three times a week and we ride our bikes. We often go roller-skating.

Hi. My name is Marcin and I am 12 years old. I like playing darkorbit and talking  with friends via skype. I’m keen on riding my bike. I am an altar in the church. I do not know what else I can tell you about myself ;-)

Today something about the girls...

Hi. My name is Ala Czarnecka. I am 12 years old and live in Karniewo. I am 157 cm tall and I'm blonde. I love reading books, listening to music and meeting new people, but most of all I like helping others. I have got two favourite books: "Anne of Green Gables" and "The stranger". My favourite subjects at school are English and Art. I  like also playing with my dog Sniper that is two years old. I'm interested in singing and dancing. Last year I performed and sang a song during the school event “Wieczornica”.

Hi;-) My name is Alicja Jaglarska. I'm twelve years old. I'm from Karniewo. I'm a six grade student. I have got a brother. His name is Damian and he is sixteen years old. I like listening to music and my favourite song is Noheo. My best friend is Ala. We know each other for seven years. My favourite subjects at school are English and Religious Education. My favourite sport is volleyball. After school I meet my friends.

My name is Ola Dublicka I am twelve years old and I live in Karniewo. I am a primary school student in Karniewo. I have a younger brother Kamil who is a first grade student. I like riding a bike and roller-skating, playing the guitar or the keyboard, doing puzzles, using a laptop or helping my mom. I really like going on various school trips that last several days. In summer I like meeting with my friends and talking with them about different things. My best friend is Patrycja Topolska. I love small dogs, cats and rabbits that can be stroked. I would love to have an aquarium full of colourful fish and sea creatures in my room. I do not like when someone imitates me and laughs out of this. I don’t like difficult homework tasks which sometimes I do not understand. My favourite subjects at school are English, Music, Art, Polish and Physical Education. In the future I would like to become a hairdresser, a teacher or a pharmacist. I am delighted that we run a blog together with Mrs. Anna Zalewska.

Hi. I'm Oliwia and I'm 12 years old. I'm a six grade student. I live in Poland. I have got two dogs and a hamster. I'm tall, I have got brown hair and dark eyes. I love horses. I'm also keen on playing the guitar. I like taking pictures of sunsets. My favourite singer is Drake Bell and my favourite actress is Miranda Cosgrove. In the future I would like to be a vet or a great horse rider. On the other hand,  I'd like to be a guitarist. I dream of winning a photo contest. My favourite films are "Jaws" and "Ruffian". In my free time I like sleeping or doing something on my computer.

That's our first meeting

Hello to all of you ;-)

We meet every Thursday morning at our school  with our English teacher to work on this blog. We are all involved in posting new pics and topics. We love learning English and running the blog it's a great fun for all of us.

That's how we were planning and discussing the look of the blog during our first two lessons :
